Learn how to make Garam Masala powder at home from our chef Archana on Ruchkar Mejwani Basic Cooking. <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />50 gms Coriander Seeds <br />1 tbsp Cumin Seeds <br />1 tbsp Poppy Seeds <br />1 tsp Black Pepper <br />1 tsp Cloves <br />5-6 inches Cinnamon <br />4 Masala Cardamom <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />- In a hot pan add coriander seeds, cumin seeds, poppy seeds, black pepper, cloves, cinnamon & masala cardamom. Dry roast all the ingredients. <br />- Once the spices change color switch off the flame. Let the spices cool down completely. <br />- In a mixer grinder grind the roasted spices. <br />- Garam Masala Powder is ready to be used.
